This recipe is for 4 slices of bread
Preheat your cast iron skillet with butter, 4 eggs, 1/4-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, half n half or milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon.
Soak bread (on both sides) in mixture & place over medium heat.
Top with your favorites Warm Maple syrup, Fresh fruit, Whipped cream, and chopped pecans. Dust with a little powdered sugar.
