Beef Vegetable Soup
1-1.5 lbs ground beef, 2 chopped russet potatoes, 1 large onion, 2 -14.5 oz cans Triple Succotash (Martha Holmes brand), 2 - 14.5 oz cans Okra, Tomatoes and corn (Martha Holmes brand), 2 cans diced or fire roasted tomatoes, 1 can green beans, 1 can carrots. 

Season with black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste. Add extra water or beef broth if needed. 

Brown ground beef, remove excess fat, add seasonings and potatoes.

Cook briefly, then add onion and vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.

Serve with cornbread or a grilled cheese sandwich.
