Banana Walnut Muffins
Ingredients:
1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt 2-3 ripened bananas (mashed), 1 tsp caramel flavoring (vanilla or banna extract may be used), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 stick melted butter, 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans).

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F, Lightly spray muffin pan and fill each muffin tin 3/4 of the way full.

Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Yields: 1 dozen muffins.
